Private volleyball lessons are perfect for players trying to get the most out of the game of volleyball. Whether you are a beginner, junior high, high school, club, college or university player, individual attention will allow you to achieve your goals faster than any other method of training. Private volleyball lessons are also the most efficient way to iron out any bad habits in technique that have accrued over the years. Lessons will include the use of instant video feedback to help each athlete perfect their technique. I offer both physical and mental training.

His passion to make others around him better and grow the sport of volleyball in Southern Alberta is truly unparalleled. Ard has created world-recognized curriculum for athletes aged 6-12 as well as being one of the most decorated high school coaches in our province. Ard’s brightest attribute is his desire and drive to make you better. I whole-heartedly recommend Ard’s services and I’m excited to see his continued impact not only on the sport of volleyball, but the people of Southern Alberta." -Greg Gibos Lethbridge College Men's Volleyball Head Coach

"He loved it! Felt very encouraged. Thanks so much"-Darice Conrad
"She feels a lot more confident, thanks to your sessions! Thank you so much!!"-Lana Crowe
"We have had Coach Ard coach my son one one one as well as in a group of four kids that had very different skill levels and experience. With the group, all of us as parents were impressed at his ability to give feedback to each individual player about what they needed to work on. Even with the different levels and positions he was able to quickly give them feedback and not miss a beat with the other 3. One on one Coach Ard was amazing as well. He was able to help my son become aware of and fix some of his habits. He was always positive but also very clear in his direction and has helped my son become a stronger more confident player. " -Rebecca Ash
"Coach Ard is solid. He inquired where my son wanted to grow and work on and structured his lesson plan to thoroughly improve that skill. Coach Ard is respectful and approachable and he didn’t make it uncomfortable when I asked to make changes to the private lesson so I could add a few more players. Coach Ard is extremely knowledgeable and easily shared all his hints with my son to work on power hitting and spike serves. We are so appreciative to Coach Ard for his lessons!! Thanks Coach Ard!"-Tanya & Matt Reiter "The experiences that our family has had with Ard have been amazing. His deep knowledge of all aspects of the game and experience shows with every conversation and critique that he provides our girls. After each session, our girls express how much fun they have had and that they can’t wait to go back for another session. The growth that we have seen from our girls that work privately with Ard has been awesome and we look forward to seeing more growth in the future as we definitely plan on continuing our sessions."-D&C Carriere
"We invested in 5 sessions with Ard for our son this spring and brought his son Marcus in for 2 of the sessions. He loved every minute of the sessions and wanted to go back for more! Coach Ard kept him engaged and working hard on improving his skills while having a great time! Ard was able to point out a few areas where he needed to improve and he came out stronger. Having Marcus in the session to set was a great asset and takes the experience to the next level! Thank you Ard and Marcus!! These sessions were money well spent."-Natalie Ball
"The sessions with Coach Ard were excellent! Coach Ard was happy to tailor each session to what my son wanted to work on developing. Individual technical skills are often difficult to hone in team settings where there is a lot going on, so these sessions were incredibly helpful in breaking down habits and correcting the technical aspects of his play. Ard is incredibly knowledgeable and the sessions were so professional with instant video feedback so that my son could see what he was working on. Coach Ard made the experience a lot of fun and he was very realistic and encouraging in his expectations. Also, Marcus joined us as a setter for a couple of one-on-one sessions and this was very helpful when practicing hitting. These sessions have been excellent and we will definitely continue with more sessions!"-Janay Moulton
"Coach Ard has been working with my son in addition to his regular LVC team practices. It is the perfect way to focus on individual skills that my son wanted to improve. Ard has been great with him and the sessions have been extremely helpful for both his confidence and skills. I would highly recommend individual sessions for players to help compliment their team practices."-David Robinson Fees Individual/Small Group MORE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION CAN BE GIVEN THE SMALLER THE NUMBER OF ATHLETES PER SESSION! 1 on 1 for 1 hour – $100. 1 on 2 for 1 hour – $120. 1 on 3/4 for 1 hour – $150.
